Dr. Flora Lau was invited to participate in an informal sharing in “Careers in Academia”, organised by St Cross College, University of Oxford on 2nd March 2022 (17:00 GMT). She happily shared her experiences and struggles over her academic life in the past fifteen years as well as the fundamental skills required for a successful career with current doctoral students.
