Dr. Gigi Lam recently published a journal article "An evaluation of community care services for the elderly in Hong Kong" in the journal, Public Administration and Policy (Scopus cite score tracker 2022: 1.7).
This article analyses community care services (CCS) in terms of availability, awareness, accessibility, and acceptance (the Four A’s approach), untangles the deep-seated factors underlying the CCS and provides some short-term, medium-term, and long-term recommendations. This is a sample of evaluation research. It is good for year 4 students who are going to choose SOC420 Evaluation Research as one of the electives.
