近日(2025年6月25日) , 香港教育局與香港樹仁大學社會學系於六月廿五日在數碼影像實驗室(Digital Imaging Lab)舉辦了「數碼藝術科技與文化遺產的保育應用——Digital Technology X  LiDAR掃描工作坊」。

陳麗碧教授和柯平川博士為多位中學老師提供講座及安排老師學習即場使用三維掃瞄技術, 旨在提昇老師對數碼科技在古蹟和歷史文化遺產保護中應用的認識，以協助老師的教學。

On June 25, 2025, the Education Bureau and the Department of Sociology at Hong Kong Shue Yan University jointly held a workshop titled "Digital Art Technology and Cultural Heritage Conservation Applications – Digital Technology X LiDAR Scanning Workshop" at the Digital Imaging Lab.

Professor Libby Chan and Dr. Patrick Ke delivered a lecture and facilitated hands-on session for secondary school teachers, training them in real-time application of 3D scanning technology. The workshop aimed to enhance teachers’ understanding of digital technology’s role in preserving historical cultural heritage, thereby supporting their teaching practices.
